2. Any & all photos involved
3. Name & Fonts (if any)
4. Style (could be several options but please keep in mind that if the options do not work well together I will tell you in advance.)
4.A. Grunge
4.B. Colorful
4.C. Transparent
4.D. Minimalistic

If your design needs more than an hour of work i will let you know before I even start.
