pretty good for a first signature tbh, just look up texts/brushes on youtube like guides and the videos will link you to where to get them etc.

Excellent for a first sig, tbh.
But the typo is kind of random standing there, but if it wasn't there, it would be completely empty.

There really isn't specific guides but as you get better you learn how to use different things and if you want to use people you're probably gonna want to figure out to make renders etc and just look up all the guides like smudge/etc and how to work with c4ds.

What would you call a tutorial?

Ah I see, like how it's randomly there? And I heard that text is usually pretty tough
How would I fix it though? Cause moving it closer to the character gives a big empty space there
