This topic is intended for reporting users who are stealing graphics/GFX artwork.

• Resources offered over the internet, and thus, made public for everyone to use, have no labelled ownership.
  
• Thus, an accusation based over these pretenses, ie., a signature created from the basis of a public render or stock will receive no action in this thread.
  
• However, a direct and identical copy would be considered a rip, provided it does not fall under the description below:

If you sell a piece of artwork to someone, you cannot claim exclusivity over that piece of material. That said, the user is free to resell the material, if he or she desires. They cannot, of course, claim author of said content, but they can resell or modify it further.

Any user caught deliberately ripping material from another user for the purpose of profit will be dealt with accordingly.
It is up to the sole discretion of the site to determine the course of action required.

To make your accusation valid you are required to post the following:

• A link to the profile of the accused
  
• A link to the profile of the creator
  
• A link to the original artwork
  
• Screenshot of the .psd open (see example below)
  
• Any other information that may help solidify your accusation, such as Private Messages or other interactions

Who riped/stolen my work?
Please ask the user, tell him to not use stolen pictures and if someone
did this, who is it?
If the user paid Fg for Riped picture the seller of Riped picture made

I own the Frame that ive made for the collages ofcourse.

I was mentioned in the post thats why i noticed all of this.
When i clicked on users profile i see the collage pic i didnt make
and with Riped my Frame picture of my collages.
Ive built this frame on my own on photoshop and used in several
collages for users.
I never pmed to user i dont know him.
I was mentioned in the topic only.

User is using the image with Riped Frame of my works.
I never gave permission to anyone to Rip my pictures collages.

I want to know who thinks that will simply Rip the pictures of others
and than sell them to users as gfx work ^^
You cant be OG without any skills but stealing others dude you must be
authentic but you showed low and stealing.

Im asking for taking off/not use any riped picture of mine.
Im searching the USER name the "ripper" who made this.
Im asking for actions against everyone involved.

Thank you for the report, can you please post a screenshot of the .psd file for your template open in your photoshop program?

Can you explain what happened here? - Did you attempt to purchase the image from another user at a specific cost? Is there a trade thread?

This seems to now be resolved as the artwork has been taken down, but I would like to gather more information on how this situation happened to begin with.

I had posted for graphics design. I tagged a friend's profile as reference to what i wanted (he has a bunch of char pages). got in touch with me by PM and we agreed on a 500fg trade. Seeing this now i took down the artwork but this isnt resolved on my side. I need to make me new artwork or pay me back my 500fg.

im not sure what the request here is or even process is here but im not fully understanding this hamm guy. He wants kreitz to take down the profile I made him at request because he somehow owns the idea of a diablo 2 showcase picture and copyright on diablo 2 images/borders and is upset I "autogramed" my name on a profile showcase I literally made for someone? I would like to request that kreitz keeps his work, which he paid and use it at his leisure w/out harassment.

kreitz made a thread requesting a showcase for his diablo gear and linked to a profile here on jsp for an example what he wanted it to look like (not hams profile) and that image was used as reference (the only image Kreitz provided per thread & discussion). Creator is alleging the framing for the image template (diablo border imagery) created by the accused is a direct rip from his artwork used in various other collages he made without his permission.
