This topic is intended for reporting a person who is stealing GFX Artworks. It will work very much like a post in the Scammer Accusation Forum.


You MUST note the guidelines to this thread.

• Resources offered over the internet, and thus, made public for everyone to use, have no labelled ownership.
  
• Thus, an accusation based over these pretenses, ie., a signature created from the basis of a public render or stock will recieve no action in this thread.
  
• However, a direct and identical copy would be considered a rip, provided it does not fall under the description below:

If you sell a piece of artwork to someone, you cannot claim exclusivity over that piece of material. That said, the person is free to resell the material, if he or she desires. They cannot, of course, claim author of said content, but they can resell or modify it further.

Any person caught deliberately ripping material from another user for the purpose of profit will be dealt with accordingly.
It is up to the sole discretion of the site to determine the course of action taken.


To make your accusation valid, you will need to provide as much of the following information in your post. Please keep it organized.

• A link to the profile of the accused
  
• A link to the profile of the creator
  
• A link to the original artwork.
  
• Screenshot of the PSD
  
• Any other information that may help solidify your accusation, such as PM's or interactions. Also a screenshot of a pm conversation also helps.

It is imperative that you understand and accept the verdict of your accusation, if any results.

hi,

i want to report someone who stole a signature from me and uses it.
The signature is in my Premade sig gallery since: Mar 10 2012 03:07pm

I've contacted the accused about this but i didn't want to remove the signature.

The signature you just linked me to is not matching with the signature you currently have on your profile.
And it still has the mention ''Raiden'' on it and you're still not the owner of the signature.

You can't take someone picture, remove their name from it and claim it's yours.
This is Illegal by the D2jsp rule.

Unless you're the creator or unless you paid someone to make those signature for you.
There is nothing proprietary to it and he has all the same right as you to use those signature.

It's my account and I am the creator of the link he is using...

regardless of who created the images, I created the account/link of this particular group. i have just forgotten the password for it with no means of recovery.

could care less if he uses the images on his own account, that's the risk of using public images, but ill be damned if you say its ok for him to use something that I own/created, which I did with this particular link.
