i would like to rezise this to the allowed signature format (400 x 150 pixels, 70 KB mmax )

changed to 247x150 to maintain ratio.
also reduced to 59kb.

There are two issues with this signature that cause it to be 4x the file size limit.
1. The detailed star involves a lot of transparency which created a bunch of different shades of the same colour.
2. Your shining text.

Below I have two attempts, both reduced to under the file size limit. Please take notice of the drastically reduced star in the first attempt.
