newsflash there isn't a one size fits all amulet. or the best item in d2. It is ideal for specific matchups. in this situation that would be for cold sorcs. Looking at your post history you dont even play d2. go back to debating politics on d2jsp stop pretending to play this game.

Tbh, I like you and all, but 10fcr amulets aren’t useful.

The exception is a budget nvn build that uses a 3pnb/10fcr amulet due to changes in spear damage.

This just an amulet for someone who doesn’t know how to build a nec.
