I will try to give an insight for once.

The problem is that it is, at best, a stash amu and comes with 24str.

The only serious pvper that MIGHT consider it is a nec with 2/20/24str + main ammy.

Aside any point that can be done on d2r economy, how such a niche swap can be a trophy?
