Let’s say it’s 200 dex for max block on a vortex.

Now this would scare all you normal folk from the hardest hitting shield in the game.

An icb ammy 2 pally 10 icb 20 str 10 dex would bring this shield to right around 163 dex for Max block, now let’s minus -16 from that. That would make bring this down to 145 dex for max block.

Average max block is 136 or so with a sacred targe.


Okay now on to the exile, have you ever heard of a tpk Smiter? It’s actually gm to have 1 source of tap.

Now let’s look at my cruels, taking into consideration that it’s the only base cruels that can be used on a wolf barb and still wear your steel rends. You could use a legand sword fools and also hit 6fps but that is to say you want to use a fools and no addition ds or Cb in the weapon now that those options are open to use because we can’t 40/15 the weapon anymore.

Now when looking at weapons for a wolf barb, you’ll either want a fools scourge, pb or legand sword. These are known facts about wolf barbs, you need one of these to beat a zealot.

Now do you get the 2os legand sword and put 40/15s everywhere, or would you run cruels wep, add the 30% ds from your mastery, put a Lo/ber in your weapon and have 55% ds and 55% cb.
