75-125 SoJs, and yes they are gone forever. However, as ^JustSmoke says, every open Hell game on that Realm spawns D-Clone. In the old LOD days and the beginning of D2R, you had to have a game open on the same server IP address as the SoJ seller, and there were only a limited number of games per IP (125-200? I forget the numbers). But now, thousands of people can get an anni from a Walk.
