how is asking if a person would support cooperation with federal law a non-sequitor? i asked him the same question with regards to state flouting federal drug laws with legal pot. its a relevant question to find out if the person actually respects federal law or is just finding a convenient reason to back up their biased opinion.

now if spurious unilaterally non-enforced laws such as sodomy under certain definitions or the "ice cream cherry pie in Kansas" example was used you may have a better point. as it is the changes needed for federal agents to come and confiscate AR15 clone semi automatic rifles would be entirely constitutional. nothing says you retain the right to own all types of weapons, as they proved by banning machine guns already.

i think you just took "guns" to mean all guns, which to be fair given that its Ink it may have been.

No it's not a relevant question. What the fuk does it have to do with harboring illegal immigrants? <---- rhetoric question.

Because legal deontology is not justification.

Not everybody is so eager to turn over the Juden either. In fact I think you misunderstand what the word Sanctuary means.

Sessions is so hysterical. He needs to go ahead and have a hysterectomy. Fuck.

You say I'm wrong but offer nothing of substance, no evidence-based statistics, nothing verifiable. You simply say "fake news" and sit, satisfied with the smell of your own fart.

And I shop at the farmer's market. We have thousands of them in California and a culture of supporting local business and local farmers. We aren't like you rednecks who shop at Walmart and buy cheap Chinese products while pretending to love America.

Sessions accused Democratic Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf of actively seeking to help illegal immigrants avoid ICE.

Last month, Schaaf issued a statement alerting local residents that ICE agents were preparing to conduct an operation in the area, saying it was her moral obligation. A few days later, ICE announced the arrest of more than 150 people for immigration violations in the San Francisco-Oakland area, saying about half had additional criminal convictions.

The White House has called Schaaf’s actions “outrageous” and said the Justice Department was reviewing the matter.

“Here’s my message for Mayor Schaaf: How dare you. How dare you needlessly endanger the lives of law enforcement officers to promote your radical open-borders agenda,” Sessions said on Wednesday.

I actually have been a dues paying member of the NRA for well over a decade and I am a bigger defender of 2A rights than any Republican on this forum. Neoliberals are anti-gun; communists, socialists, anarchists, and left libertarians are pro gun.

You got the rest absolutely right.

Yes those "illegal immigrants" may be a positive contribution to California, but it's the other 49 states that they are a drain on.

So let California have them and kick them out of Ohio if you so choose. But do it of your own volition, not with taxation without representation funding despotism. We have a federalist system to enable this very thing; a Grand Experiment. Let's see who comes out on top. Right now, it's California.

LOL. California can't win this one. They're aiding and abetting, obstructing justice, and breaking a couple of Federal Laws. Laws that the rest of the country seems to be able to abide by.

If California wants to stick to their guns, they better have a lot of them, cause if they try to secede, they will seriously lose.
Ofc, anyone in Cali who disagrees with these laws, is free to leave the US. I mean we're not like China or Russia.

We're doing well on Ohio too buddy

Rural Ohio is back asswards though.

I was driving to work and drove past a deer carcass at had its head and its legs cut off. It was just a f****** deer torso on the side of the road. Fucking weirdos....they leave the meat to play with the dead parts.

You go even more rural and that's the dinner too.

Sometimes we get patients from the Appalachian Mountains who don't even speak English. They sure try though. And they love Trump.

it has to do with your motivations and consistency of your positions of illegal immigration. its more than valid in that respect, as was my pro pot states question.

what's even more laughable is that you had an easy out, just disingenuously support any and all federal laws, even hypothetically ridiculous ones, because the likelihood of them being passed is ridiculous, even hypothetically.

i realize you didnt want an answer, you just desperately needed one. (now please make a bad lazy pun on the word "desperate")

More calls for authoritarianism and centralization.

The Republicans are done with federalism, it seems.

"if you dont like it leave" is the political equivalent of an "im with stupid shirt" with the arrow pointing up.
