A tele fireclaw works very nice as well, but when 100% of people using sop + wws or more it can struggle xD But when they use 75 even smiters can go down in 2hits xD

Pheonix bonuses seem a bit better to survive 50 life for Druid is very nice
Also Have you tried to run an infinity build for the 45 run walk and -resist

infinity's 35% frw would be bigger than the 50 life on phoenix in that this build just cannot tank his and there's not much difference from having 2000 and 6000 hp when your best defenses are WSG and unshift/reshift on a 0 dr, 0 block, 0 defense, low resist build. But in terms of damage potential, assuming ravenlore the +% fire / -% resist would be:
facet sword/shield: +75 / -95
facet sword+phoenix: +55 / -103
infinity: +25 / -130 (-45 out of range)

so which one deals the most damage can be graphed pretty easily;



There are a lot of times I kill people with geddon from offscreen or far enough away that conviction wouldn't affect them- wsg sure has that effect. So there's a huge difference when opponents are on low resist builds, but they all come rather close around 75% exactly, but none of them ever really gets a significant advantage over facet gear within reasonable resists, and if an opponent stacks 400% resists you're best off with facets anyway. So facets look best to me. The %frw on infinity might have been worth the consideration if it was a straight -85% instead of requiring you to tag the enemy.

this build is still workin with latest patch?

I think infinity having to be in range is the biggest killer even if you factor out the damage.

I cant follow too easily when silent serverside changes occur without 2 cdkeys to test. But yesterday night in dueling people were asking and commenting on how nasty the desync from WSG is, so it still worked. After that last wsg/rubberbanding patch, blizzard gimped animation canceling while moving and it matters when a wind druid is on top of you, but it seems like WSGing around when not getting hit is the same as before- you'll move unhindered on both your computer and server and stutterstep/teleport on others clientside. The sync was good enough to hold up in 4v4gm.

but as far as having namelocked mindblast on you, i dunno, any sin could kill you without risk by just staying at a distance and holding it down and laying traps close to themselves

but I also wanna note you REALLY want level 98 for TvT. Having a gimpy fissure and needing to recast geddon more often limits your ability to suppress jodering dins and other aggressive chars. And level 98 is a big ask. Ive been dueling at level 90 with 12 points fissure.
