Reddit told me it could be an out of date bios, and that I can update it via usb.

I guess I'll have to try that too

Okay how the hell do I exactly update bios via USB? :bonk:

I have the rufus program but I don't know what to do exactly, and which specific bios update I should use.

You'd need access to the bios to flash the rom to it.

This is the latest bios (assume windows 10 64 bit)

/edit
rufus is not needed to do this

I can't access the bios, it's not posting XD

Supposed to be a way to do it via USB (that's what rufus is for) but I don't know how exactly.

Or am I not understanding what you're saying?

U need to access the bios to flash the rom.
If you can't access it you can't flash it.
Maybe it has a removable bios and u can buy a newer revision one.
Idk though, I'm on my phone atm. to lazy to look.

You're right.

Need "Q Flash Plus" support on mobo to do it VIA USB pre-post and although some Gigabyte mobos have that, mine doesn't. Literally no options remain except:

Gonna take it to a local computer shop and hope they'll do it for me cheaply, otherwise I'll have to start the marathon RMA process...

Buy a bios chip already updated. Still have to wait for it to come in.
Faster than rma.
