You won't notice any difference in 12 or 17 CAS timing, just buy w/e you can afford with the lowest CAS.
Theres at most 3% difference from the slowest to fastest ram reguardless of what the numbers indicate.
think ryzens sweet spot is 3000 or 32000 mhz

Okay thanks.

I guess I'll just stick with my original plan and buy the 3200 15 or 16 cas whenever the price drops.

So, GFX. Which ones should I focus on, which ones should I avoid?

the 7th or 8th one on that list is realistically the best of them all. Primarily what you'd probably want for style points would be the 7th as it comes with a backplate as well as a proper oc.

Don't care about style points, only a good price/quality ratio :P

Not going to buy any of them right now as it looks like none are at a deep price drop at the moment. Just wanted to know which ones exactly I should look out for so I can quickly pull the trigger once they do go on sale.

3rd one down

Okay thanks. I'll note it down as my 1st choice.

How about a 2nd or 3rd just in case something else drops in price and that 1st one doesn't? :P Or should I ignore price and go for the 1st one regardless?

Trying to figure it out myself but can't seem to distinguish between them lol.

well the "best" ones are the bottom 4 and gaming X, so if any of those drop in price close to top of the list, you can get that

I wanna keep the price below $250 USD at the same time :P The best ones from that list likely aren't going to drop that low.

well first and 3rd are the same except the 3rd one has a oc so you can pick up the first one and if you don't know how to oc you can learn later. you are probably guaranteed the same oc as the 3rd just you have to do it yourself rather than professionally done safely.
