Guilds did the exact same thing with ashran, take turns losing purposely, and nobody from what I seen was banned.

people get banned all the time for letting someone log onto your account and boost rating, this is nothing new.

Its one thing to boost by carrying someone, its another to win trade. In my personal opinion I think boosting is OK as they can realistically only boost you so high as youll be dragging them down, but win trading should be a ban able offense.
