You got pinned for wintrading. Your wins yielded no rating gain because the enemy team didnt enter. This process was done via multiple teams queueing and the "winning team" entering to claim the win while the queue stayed stagnant. You got reported sometime later after it was complete, how or why, I dont know.

I already said the exact same thing. Except there was no reporting, blizzard mass banned people for this via data collection.

It's illegal to RMT. Trading gold for a service like this counts.
