The poor people lack start up cash and connections, and if you don't know anybody or have any cash to do anything with, the ceiling is probably pretty low..... If you're born with that stuff, such as a good extended family and growing up on a house, you are just education and some luck away from achieving that next level. The biggest currency with the super successful are ideas and praxis, or how ideas are actualized, and also a noble spirit, as in somebody who creates and lives out his or her own values.
I think this data says a lot.
A lot of that assumes people actually know what they need to be successful
If the poor were right there would be a lot less poor people lol

Of course it matters when it happens, that's just as important as the amount.
We don't live forever and ROI requires time.
All I mean is that if you consider winning the lottery the starting point, the initial startup sometimes doesn't change anything
