I'll take Turkey. I think that could take a long time to happen, but I really believe the U.K. is going to spend 10 years trying to figure out how to exit only to ultimately not be able to remove itself. Turkey could be a radically different country by 2030.

maybe you know the american political scene but you are seemingly unaware of the processes which will follow once article 50 is invoked
the uk does not have 10 years time, while there might be a small chance of the uk withdrawing from the process (see above) if the uk has not made such decision then it will be out of the eu by 2020

It will be radically different, closer to saudi arabia than anything.
Turkey was the last bastion of hope for non radical islam and it will not last.

The U.K. has all the time in the world simply for the fact that extrication is such a complicated process with so little guidance available as to how they should complete the process. The country has to unwind all of its economic and diplomatic relations and they can't be severed in a day, and every minor success that they could accomplish in untangling will necessarily change the calculus of all the remaining entanglements they still have to resolve.
