getting ready for my 5s phase..
Didn't increase much from my last phase working with my training maxes
215 bench
395 squat
455 deadlift
5s phase will be interesting..
wk 1:
Squat, bench and deadlift 6x5 @ 70%
wk 2:
Squat, bench and deadlift 4x5 @ 77.5%
Wk 3:
squat, bench and deadlift 5/3/2/1/1/1+ @ 50%, 60%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%
Started incorporating a lot more body movements like weighted pushups and dips Into my workouts.. Also started doing a lot of dumb bell rows on my chest days.
Can't wait to roll through these next 4 weeks to see what the 3s will look like..
My current PRs are:
Squat 315x8
Bench 185x7
Deadlift 425x3
