getting ready for my 5s phase..

Didn't increase much from my last phase working with my training maxes

215 bench
395 squat
455 deadlift

5s phase will be interesting..

wk 1:
Squat, bench and deadlift 6x5 @ 70%

wk 2:
Squat, bench and deadlift 4x5 @ 77.5%

Wk 3:
squat, bench and deadlift 5/3/2/1/1/1+ @ 50%, 60%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%

Started incorporating a lot more body movements like weighted pushups and dips Into my workouts.. Also started doing a lot of dumb bell rows on my chest days.

Can't wait to roll through these next 4 weeks to see what the 3s will look like..

My current PRs are:

Squat 315x8
Bench 185x7
Deadlift 425x3

275 6x5, that was the 4th set..

Hit 13 reps on the last set with a few in the tank. Did some GHR work and some single leg presses.

Wasn't feeling super today, but wasn't a terrible session.

Bench day was a success

175 for 7, did some side lat raises, front delt raises, rear delt work, heavy and slow skull crushers and finished it up with 10 sets of 10 push ups.

Today’s squat day, 315 4x5, wish me luck.

Squats today were a success.

Did 4x5 @315, last set I got 7 @rp8.

Finished with some good mornings, ghrs, rdls and suitcase dumbbell squats.

I was just looking at my old videos and my form, jesus god I've made some progression from a year ago..

265 is my RDL weight now, I was on the struggle bus doing a set of those.

Did OHP today >_>, my least favorite exercise..

Did 95 4x5, last set I did a set of 8..

Did some front delt work, incline bench I did 155 4x5, tricep pulldowns, face pulls and lat pulls..

tomorrow is muh favorite day of the week, deadlift day :3.. 360 4x5.
