Was supposed to do shoulders, ended up doing bench..

Felt good, did my 5x8 @65% 135 lbs, last set I cranked out 16, with probably 2 or 3 in the tank..

Did some delt work, Yates rows, incline bench and dips to finish up.

Bench day..

Did 3x8 @72.5%, last set I got 10, not terrible, maybe had 1 in the tank at the end.

Did some BBRs, incline bench, lateral raises and front delt exercises.. Than tried some time under tension with my middle back using some bands.. feeling thicc as fuck.

Squat day!

285 3x8.. Got 12 on the last set.. Felt heavy as fuck.

Did some heavy RDLs, leg press and some slam ball conditioning at the end.

rest day my fucking arse..

Ive been in school all day, had clinical's tonight.. Nursing school blows.

Plus side? Tomorrow is bench day, so time to sleep and dream of reps.

I love me some lazy days bro.

Hit bench today, did 155 3x8, did a set of 10 for my last set and it felt great.

Front and rear delt work and more isolated back movements.. Feeling stronk

Bench day

65% for 5, 72.5% for 3, 75% for 2, 80% for 2, 82.5% for 1+
170 for a set of 8, could have gotten 10.

Getting closer and closer to a. 2 plate bench.. I canโ€™t wait till 2 plates is a distant memory lol

Got a Texas deadlift bar at my gym today.. So I pulled heavy :3..

Hit a PR of 455, felt awesome! And heavy ๐Ÿ˜‚

๐Ÿ˜‚, I pull 99% of the time with a stiff bar, but god damn if it isnโ€™t fun as fuck to pull with a bar with that much whip.

I wish they made a stiff bar with the diameter and knurling of the tdb
