That's not an explanation, that's a description. A very poor one and some out-of-the-ass hoopla with no scientific article or experimental supporting evidence.
Astropriest atheism is getting desperate.

You have nothing to bring to the table.
You're just spouting irrelevant forces of nature as if they fit, because you cannot be bothered to investigate a mystery.

I can know everything there is to know about entropy and thermodynamics and the ability to refract and converge moon light into a lazer of coldness still will not fit the current "scientific" paradigm.

Reject this renaissance longer, so that the herds of sheep may trample you in your dumbfoundedness.

I don't think you read and understood the page on radiative cooling if you are unable to understand why a clear sky is cooler than a shaded area while having an understanding of thermodynamics.
Moonlight is not intense enough to feel the heat from

Moonlight is intense enough to feel the cold from, and intense enough to ice up the tip of my wet cigarette, when the ambient temperature is 50 degrees on a summer night

Plenty of gnostic mythology calls the moon the first liar & original sinner ;)

You aren't feeling cold from moonlight instead areas without cover are becoming more cold due to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radiative_cooling

So items in direct moonlight increase radiative cooling more effectively than items not in direct moonlight, thanks for clearing that up....
