If they were competing at tennis for the same pay they would be competing for prize money and rank. That's not what's occurring here.

Then it's not a gender pay gap, it's a productivity pay gap.

It's no different from the fact that the players who lose in the 1st round of a tourney get paid less than the people that make the final. Gender has never had anything to do with the pay gap in tennis.
