This sort of already happens with co-op/intership programs, the problem is most companies only take on interns/co-ops that are already enrolled as undergraduate/graduate students.
yep, and i benefited directly from that which gave me a long resume to work with upon graduation which sets me up for a relatively comfortable live as it is
though i'm talking about offering it as a continuing education type thing for adults outside of college/university programs, that tax course i took had some people in their 30s, 40,s and even 50s
the tax firm did hire quite a few people
