I think that no matter what we will always have a shortage of available organ donations unless and until science devises a way to grow them within an acceptable moral format .
Well, I do think that if the deceased explicitly stated that he/she does want his organs harvested, there is little the family can do about it.
It's just in the case of presumed consent, that they are able to object.
