bought a ton of fruit yesterday so ill snack on some grapes and an apple, so probably 1450 today


ended up with some grapes, a granola and yogurt bar, and some fake crap with seafood sauce. So yesterday was about 1600







Today:

450 breakfast
160 had some roast peppers and potatoes with a little bit of chicken for lunch
370 had some disgusting steak for supper lol
80 couple bites of a coworkers protein bar

1060 so far today but definitely gonna have some fruit later, and maybe some fake crab again :drool:

Gonna aim for under 1600, definitely shouldnt be a struggle.

310 piece of lasagna for lunch
about 250 grams of fake crab (Flavored pollock) with some seafood dip so 325
apple, orange, just a couple grapes 250

1485 today, decent!

Next weigh in is on Monday. Not sure what to expect because of my week long vacation where I went a little overboard... but I think ive been doing pretty well! Ive had a few write off nights but I did last month too and still had good results. Im pretty positive :) I would love to see at least another 10 lbs off :O so about 4.5 kilograms... I guess we'll see!

Im gonna have an apple and an orange later, maybe a glass of milk :drool:

so 1475 after the fruit, maybe add 400 for milk.

ok so Friday was fuckin terrible, I got wasted as fuck:

450 breakfast to start
and the day started off bad snacking on some chocolate at work, like fuckin 800
lunch 700, couple pieces of pizza
Had a fuckin one pound rib eye for supper, say like 1200 lol
and say 20 beers? 3000

6150, fucking ALCOHOL :@

Today is my weigh in. Sucks to have ahd such a shitty weekend before my weigh in but meh. This actually wasnt a good month at all.... |Just gonna hope for 10 lbs (HOPE!)

160 lunch had some roasted potatoes with a small piece of chicken
For supper I got invited out and had some chicken parmesan and some cheesy rice, im assuming about 1400 :\ I might be off but it seemed pretty heavy
Did a bunch of baking for a bake sale im having on Friday with some colleagues at the bank for a fundraiser, were doing a 5 mile walk for MS - and I had one of the cookies lol, probably 200.

So weekends are getting more eventful for me lol, harder to update everyday:

Friday:

Regular breakfast 450
Lean Cuisine lunch 300
2 chicken breasts 400
Ate some potatoes and sausage in a bit of a drunken stupor lol 800
15 bud light (sigh) 1600

3550, wouldve been a good day if not for beers

Saturday:

Steak and potatoes, 1200
One chicken breast 200
15 bud light 1600
8 oz vodka 500

3400 lol, one meal and then just booze

Sunday:

Grapes, orange 500 (Good amount of grapes)
Porkchops 420
Some cheese 700
Corn on the cob with margarine 400

2020, So not a bad day

Monday:

Went out with this girl and her friend, and then they wanted to pop by McDonalds for a bit, instead of acting like a baby I just went with it and got 3 junior chickens for 960, the worst on these is the carbs and fat tho like wow, 38 grams of carbs and 20 grams of FAT in each of these QQQQQQ, they dont even taste good :(

So 980 (But I did go out walking for an hour so lol)

1710 MUCH better day :)
