Sunday I did a 5 mile walkathon for an MS fundraiser we did. So good calorie burning there
450 had my regular breakfast cause I went to the city

steak and potatoes with a corn on the cob, Ill say a good 1500, I rewarded myself for the exercise lol

Tuesday I went and volunteered at the humane society after work, took some dogs out for a couple nice long walks! So got a few miles in there again

Yesterday I cheated pretty bad lol, took my dog and a friends dog out for about a mile, 4 laps around a 400m track, not a lot but got some

And then I cheated and got a SUB, was about 1000 with the sauces and stuff
And then I had 3 yogurt bars @ 160 each and 3 Special K snack bars @ 100 each, for 780
2530 Meh not even that bad lol, I figured my Tuesday made up for it hah
Today! Went to take the dog out but omfg mosquitos were so bad, so I lasted like 10 minutes before I said fuck it and went home lol
