Had a very very very late night muffin 400, not sure if this is breakfast today or late night snack tho, was like 6 AM lol

ok so I kind of decided in my head I was at a point I can be done with this thing, but I think I was just getting lazy. Thankyou Nathaniel for PMing me lol.


Looks like I last updated for Friday, so I need to go for Saturday:

And then just a bunch of fruit all day, lots of grapes, apple, orange, banana, pear - probably 1000 cal

Sunday I did a 5 mile walkathon for an MS fundraiser we did. So good calorie burning there :D

450 had my regular breakfast cause I went to the city

steak and potatoes with a corn on the cob, Ill say a good 1500, I rewarded myself for the exercise lol

160 for a lunch, few mini roast potatoes and a small small piece of chicken

Tuesday I went and volunteered at the humane society after work, took some dogs out for a couple nice long walks! So got a few miles in there again :)

300 had some pasta in carbonara sauce with some sliced chicken breast
Didnt have a supper but I did have 2 apples and an orange for 300

Yesterday I cheated pretty bad lol, took my dog and a friends dog out for about a mile, 4 laps around a 400m track, not a lot but got some

450 breakfst
300 lunch, had some raviolis
And then I cheated and got a SUB, was about 1000 with the sauces and stuff
And then I had 3 yogurt bars @ 160 each and 3 Special K snack bars @ 100 each, for 780

2530 Meh not even that bad lol, I figured my Tuesday made up for it hah

Today! Went to take the dog out but omfg mosquitos were so bad, so I lasted like 10 minutes before I said fuck it and went home lol

Friday started off great:
450 breakfast
160 lunch
200 chicken breast
100 banana

And then shit hit the fan, about 15 beers and 12 ounces of tequila and some wings. Im not even gonna pretend to put a number to it.

Saturday was just a shitty day, I went out of town for a concert. Out of town = bad food, concert = lots of alcohol... sooo.....

Sunday was still out of town, so ate 3 bad meals and had 3 beers.

I feel like between Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, I should just say like 20,000. So we'll just say thee worst fucking weekend since ive started this whole thing lol.



And then I think the bad food and excess calories killed my body because ive been dying ever since. Yesterday I snacked on a couple pieces of pizza in the evening and some fruit, say 1000 total
Today I had breakfast and basically puked it up and havent eaten since, so 450 for today

Deviating from my path quite a bit but as weather gets nicer I go out and do a lot more stuff, so its hard to stay to a strict routine when the routine is gone =\ This will be my challenge going forward.

wednesday i had breakfast for 450
lunch for 300
worked all afternoon doing yardwork, had a 600 cal healthy style chicken calzone. Was really good :O
had some fruit for 300
And then a friend brought over a bag of crispers and I went a little overboard, 800 or so
And a few almonds for like 270

2820, but I was given er working. But the crispers I couldve done without.

Thursday

450 breakfast
280 lunch
1000 steak supper
2 beers for 200 (light beers)

It was my cheat day this week ill say lol, wednesday kind of was but I burned a lot of extra calories so I dont feel as bad, yesterday was bad lol

Got a wicked deal on a bigass rack of ribs that ive eaten for supper over 3 days lol, but Id say I had 1500 calories worth this night, went a little crazy they were so good lol

Tuesday

Working at a different branch so I got a different breakfast, coffee still around 150 but the sandwich id say is worth 500 by itself, so 650
for lunch I had an apple, a 2 bananas, and an orange, for 400
750 calories worth of ribs
And a wagon wheel :O 160

But I did also go walk 2.5 KM

1960

Today

They didnt have any breakfast stuff left at freaking 830 AM lol so I had a meatball sub which id say was 600 and a coffee, for 750
Lunch I had a pretty intense fruit salad, a whole cantoulope, 2 oranges, an apple, and a banana - so id say 700 but they were very GOOD calories lol
750 for the last of the ribs
Been drinking coffee with some syrup so id say 400 lol

I did walk 2.5 KM today as well, and lunch was very good calories like I said.

Calories havent been too bad, but with the pork ribs I think my fat intake was quite a bit higher than normal. Tomorrow im back at my regular branch and ribs are gone lol so itll be a good low day, and ill walk another 2.5 km tomorrow as well.

Yesterday sucked shit

450 breakfast

But I had like fuckin 5 little pieces of cake at work. They had this thing for an event at work yesterday that there was the most delicious cake ive ever tasted. The pieces were pretty tiny but I had 5 :(, I fuckin had thee worst craving ive ever had since I started this thing. I was like, shame eating. I felt so bad every bite but it was so good.

Seriously food is a fucking drug. I hope some of you understand how hard this is for me. Food is like my heroin. It makes me feel soo good. Ive been falling in to some really bad fucking habits lately and im pretty upset with myself. I go for my 3rd weigh in on Tuesday and I dont think my results are going to be very good. All I can do is wait and see....

Anyways, like I said the pieces were smallll, so about 1000. Not even the hugest number, after the 2 I didnt feel too bad about celebrating with the rest of the staff and a bunch of clients... but because I was alone in the room with the cake in it and I looked to make sure no one was around to see and stuff and then ate 3 more pieces. It was literally shame eating.

Just gonna ignire the last few days ive missed and move on because today I got GREAT fucking news!! :D

I dropped another 18 POUNDS this weigh in! Im over 50 lbs gone, 52, im so pumped! My next checkpoint will be 64 which is the half way stage.

Today

450 regular breakfast
Had some raviolis in tomato sauce for 300 (Lean Cuisine, not Chef Boyardee or anything lol)
And now I just realized I need groceries damnit... not sure what to have for supper |I have nothing here lol

Soooooooooooo, after my good news on Tuesday, I went to go get groceries and there was a monster of a steak there. Like 36 ounces or something. And I told myself I deserved it and I bought it and I ate, the entire, thing. lol so thats 2160 calories and like 100g of fat but no big deal lol, I DID go walking after to make up for it, did two laps around town instead of one :P

Yesterday was a good day

450 breakfast
300 lunch
600 had 3 chicken breasts because lately I have more of an appetite. I think the thyroid meds are jump starting Mr Metabolism here lol.
had 5 bud lights with a few girls from work for 500
and 2 oranges for 200
