I was actually talking about gearz. You could lean back more and get in a little better of a starting postion, with those hips lower. Looks good though, surprised that you couldn't get 455 with that easy of a pull at 405 :/

No problem. Your natural instinct is that you want to rip it off the ground, bending your arms at the beginning. But it screws up your timing with your leg drive, because unless your an animal, you can't pull 465 up with bent arms, so they straighten right away as your hips start to go up. The goal is to move the bar with your legs at the beginning, which will put you in a way better position at the lockout and you definitely won't need to hitch. Yeah you're back looks great there.
