I don't have much new footage, but for my arnold training I will be posting the next few weeks, especially the 3 weeks prior to my competition.

Heres a squat from a few months ago, taking my last warm up at 705x2

Yeah I agree. They were both very high, especially the first. I need to take my training squats lower.

Gears have you considered incorporating rack pulls somewhere? At the speed you're pulling, you definitely have the power to not be hitching at your lockout.

I've wanted to but there's no where to do rack pulls in this gym unless I set up something makeshift.

Boxa mentioned getting lower and using more hip drive so Im going to try and see if that helps the hitching next week.
