Very disappointed in this tbh. Still having issues in my lower abs from squat last week evidently :(. Wanted to get this for 5 but I shall still present my failures. Gz m9

Edit: Lol at the kid taking my clips and bringing them back. I knew he took them but I was like whatever. Then he brings them back :rofl:

good lift, keep that chest up a little more tho so less arch in your back

haha yea, it was still a good lift, maybe try squatting down a bit more that way you can straighten up easier

n1 lift @ body weight, regardless tough to pull that weight even if you dry hump it for hours.

@ Pureownage

not gonna even comment on form, again, stronk for getting off ground, clearly well within your weight range... technical stuff you fix yourself via everyone else whos about to cum on you and by watching your videos.

I have no problem taking criticism from people :D I posted the video for criticism purposes. Ofc thats within my weight range. I can rip that weight off the floor so fast, but the middle is what gets the best of me.
