4x 20 yard sprints
10 minutes stretching
planks (2x each side and 2x normal)
footwork drills with ladders, etc.

Nothing today, got checked out of school right when I was about to lift weights.

Hey folks, sorry I haven't posted in a while I've worked out and stuff regularly just forgot about the topic partly and when I remembered I've been busy with family issues.
5x (4,4,3,4,4) Deadlift
4x 10 Incline Bench Press

Other notes: Started taking melatonin today, I'm going to sleep now feeling really tired because of it.

Taking a break from lifting, doing more yoga & calisthenics & running for now have to prepare for a military academy, I'll get some great sparring in there so it should be okay.
