2/27/12 4x (5,4,3,3) Benchpress 4x (5,5,5,5) Deadlift 2x (5,5) Tricep Extensions
2/28/12 4x 20 yard sprints 10 minutes stretching planks (2x each side and 2x normal) footwork drills with ladders, etc.
2/29/12 Nothing today, got checked out of school right when I was about to lift weights.
