My 2012 goals are (for the entire year):
Get to 175 @ 8% (Currently @ 170 and 14%ish)
Bench 315 for a few reps
Deadlift 500 for a few reps
Squat
Current update, weighed in today at 176.9 lbs (5'8) after taking a huge shit, I feel a bit leaner than before, not as lean as I'd like to be obviously though
Bench is @ 225x9, 1rm is probably 285 or so
Deadlift is at 405x5 still, not sure about 1 rm
I've been squatting consistently for the past few weeks
Feels good man
But these are my goals for the entire 2012 year lol
