oh fuck yeah whoever bumped this. gonna track it now. looking for updates!

ive been able to run 20 miles now for a little while. not sure if i have a six pack yet though. gonna have to cut extra hard this next month :D

I've been squatting consistently for the past few weeks

I have maintained leanness, tho broke up with gf an getting onthe piss far too often

I have progressed on dl max , will achieve 500 within the month

sorry to hear about gf, but i'm glad to see you're still keeping w/ your new years resolution. the same can not be said about most everyone else in here unfortunately :(

was 205 25% body fat idk im prolly about the same now i feel like ive made minor progress though my chest is still nonexistent. mebbe i got pectus excavatum or soemthing.

About to have the deadlift knocked out. Maybe even this saturday.

Squat and bench will take a while longer.

Planning a cut in a few months. Plenty of time left in 2012.
