this thread represents a members commitment to change. a change that will be accomplished by march 01 2012. plenty of people will find themselves procrastinating when there's an entire year to accomplish their goals. as such, these goals are all to be accomplished in 3 months time. let's kick this new year off right!

notes:
-if you wanted a jan 01 picture/status but didn't put it in the pre-thread, i can still add it when i make the updates for feb 01. just post them here or pm me.
-i expect this list to get considerably shorter (prove me wrong!). if no one bothers to post any updates by feb 01 (any kind of an update at all) then the name will be taken down
-i attempted to make each line of writing as short as possible therefore:
    if i didn't represent your goal the way you intended i will edit it when i get the chance

in my experience it's better to aim high and fall short than to accomplish low standards.

if you're dling more than 4 plates are over 200 with visible abs you're a beast imo

Finally get back into the gym from being off so long
And get over the stomach bug I currently have

I guess I'll narrow it down though
I wanna gain 10lbs of lean mass
and get my 1rm's back up to what they used to be
Squat: 315
Dead: 405
Bench: 265

I'll weigh in once I'm better and post up with current maxes/weight
