My resolution was for the whole year m8

Doubt I'd be able to gain 10 lbs of muscle in 3 months unless I start juicing lol

Here are more realistic goals....

Weigh 145-150 with ~5-6% bf
Bench 315
Deadlift 475
Squat 365+ or rep 315x5

I actually Bench 385, squat 515 and dl 535 being 215 lbs, so not that hard..

You should never bulk enough to where you have to drop 55 lbs in a cut lmao.
