Yeah bro, the only way to train is 10-12 reps.
Only way to train biceps especially.
You can't put on size otherwise.

My 2012 goals are (for the entire year):
Get to 175 @ 8% (Currently @ 170 and 14%ish)
Bench 315 for a few reps
Deadlift 500 for a few reps
Squat
