i dont think its that, because it also happens when i am at a mates house ( he has 50mbit connection if that matters )

When it asks to schedule for the next reboot say yes then reboot.

i did that, and it wanted me to reboot do the check i rebooted, it counted down, when it came to 1 it said that it couldnt do the scan because of some newly installed windows program or something:/

I never heard of this error. Could you tell me the exact error verbatim, or take a picture of it?

Did you recently apply any windows updates? Give the chkdsk another try, maybe it will work now.

was wondering could it be something about the graphics or something?
