Congrats on 2000 pages!

A little reminiscing.. You helped me lose my initial 150 lbs out of high school, that was around 2009. You're a constant well of information and I hope you have another 2000 pages!

And on another note.. I'm around 215 right now, working towards my first USAPL meet "my goal is 1 year"..

My numbers are:

Squat 365x1
DL 415x1
Bench 225x1 "I know, terrible"

Would it be a bad idea to start a clean bulk, even though I'm sitting around 20% bf?

Hey there. Thank you very much!

Your best option will be to lose a bit more body fat before beginning a bulk. However, you can switch over to 3x5 or 5x5 training during your cut, and when you are at the 12% mark or so, you can continue with a lean bulk and increase strength tremendously.

Can you recommend a toothpaste for sensitive teeth? I usually use the arm and hammer baking soda one. I have cold sensitivity which I can easily get around, but the dentist office always uses water/air that's too cold for me. I want something that can help block that

Try Kiss My Face sensitive - its similar to sensodyne (potassium nitrate which desensitizes the teeth), but lacks the chemicals found in typical toothpastes.

I looked this up because I am interested in teeth health too. I noticed it's fluoride free. Is fluoride one of these chemicals, and is it bad for you?

Currently my regime for upper body has been every other day.
1 day chest and triceps, second day back and biceps. 7 exercises each day.

I try to aim for 3 sets and 10 reps for everything. What would be the difference if I went for 5-6reps instead of 10 reps? Would it be better or worse? I would definitely be able to lift more doing only 6 reps.

The reason I am asking this is because the days I have double training sessions (cardio) I am too tired and just feel like skipping upper body workout. So I was curious what's the difference if some days I do less reps but more weight?

Excessive amounts of fluoride can be deleterious to your health.

lower reps and higher weight to maximum capacity would increase strength and also be more strenuous, thus typically causing more exertion and burning more calories. You also would have increased endurance left over for cardio - which could also assist in calorie burning.

Is endurance important? I've been doing a low rep high weight approach for a long time and noticed that a guy I'm training can sometimes lift the same low weight for more reps than me, but he can't nearly go to my max weights

It's only important if that's what you're looking for. It all depends on your goals.
