I don't have access to a squat machine.
I thought about building or investing in one.

I'm sure a ton of body weight squats (I mostly do body weight) and ab exercises could do the trick but are there many decent substitions for that full body load that an Olympic bar squat gives you?

Unfortunately volume of bodyweight squats will not account for the extra weight from true olympic bar squats. As a result, it would be preferable to get a squat rack, olympic bar, and weights. You can actually get a power cage for a relatively low price and use it for MANY exercises, which would save you money over buying separate items.

A power cage with an adjustable bench is actually the most versatile equipment you can possibly get, which enables you to do almost all freeweight exercises without any issue.

i'm working on cleaning my shower, and there's this pink/orange stuff where the the sides meet the bottom. not sure what the material is called.

i wiped it off the white part, but i'm not sure how to get rid of the rest. what's the best way to prevent / clean it? im worried about scrubbing it in fear the material (grout? caulk?) will come off. i'm hoping there's some kind of spray i can use?

Looks like extremely hard water staining. This occurs when you have water with a high concentration of iron and other minerals. You can use typical shower cleaning products like bleach, tilex, CLR, etc. Just remember to always follow the directions and not let the chemicals come in contact with your skin.

is evoo safe in a slow cooker on low? i'm googling around and it seems that slow cookers are in the 200F range which is below the smoke point, but i dont know if heating it for 10 hours will cause a problem. right now i'm using avocado oil to be safe.

I would avoid it. The actual temperature of the elements is 200F, but over time with the lid on and compounding internal temperature, you will probably exceed the smoke point. I would stick to avocado oil or canola oil for this purpose

I should have been more specific in my earlier post, but I can't lift for 3 weeks because of surgery so I'm going to be doing strictly cardio.

What should my cal intake and macros be?

Approximately 2,200 per day with 1 hr of cardio per day in order to put yourself 500 cals below maintenance for cutting purposes.

And still 1g of protein per 1 lb of body weight?
