Woodrow Wilson spoke more softly on that same "shadowy body" because he knew what it would become as he led our country during WW1. He was foreshadowing what that "secretive group" would/could become if left unchecked. After WW2 when we took in hundreds if not thousands of NAZI scientist into the highest levels of our government and gave them free reign to be the real heads of corporations' and colleges throughout the US when JFK began to confront NASA, NSA, FBI, CIA, etc. wanting to know what these individuals were "working on" in "top secret" military installations. He pushed further during the Cold War when he said the US and Russian/Soviet space force should do a JOINT mission to the moon and SHARE are rocket technology. Marilyn Monroe fell victim to this because she "knew too much". She was sleeping around with JFK and he would "spill secrets" that were too big for him to control.
JFK wanted to BETTER relations between America/Russia and put the Cold War to rest. But then there wouldn't be a boogey man they could cook up whenever they needed to start a major conflict. So there was a lot of people/groups who broke away and played a part in his assassination and the silencing of every President since.
People are so naive when you think about the same people in 1960 having the ability to shake a US President to his core and then him driving so hard against what "can't be named" and he was KILLED over it and our government has kept those documents for 70 years all while saying "We're going to tell you the full truth". Never going to happen. Even Trump kept it redacted saying it was "too big for the world to handle".
