I only use heavy weapons, but I also never use abilities like Power Strike or Knockdown (charges with attacks) because of the weapon speed of 1.8 seconds. Thus I rely on abilities like Revenge / Retribution & Salvation because they charge up by being hit or taking damage.

Most monster spawns have a 1 sec delay attack, so in retrospect, vs 1 mob spawn, you have a faster charge chance compared to attacking @ 1.8 sec. This also means if 2+ mob spawn, it may charge up more often (Retribution / Salvation or Revenge).

Note: EE armor makes a big difference to the abilities you may choose, and I only use +Stat armor and I would NOT advise others to do so unless they have good enough gear and also healing charms.

No one know the specifics on ML. basically it is RNG mostly... people like to get at least 7+, but I have been using 2 ML and found an overspawn, but used it as a shrine ... Tier III heal with 396 max life.

No guide to overspawn drop rate. It is just pure luck based on the RNG mechanics. wish you luck
