Given the complete lack of fish for sale, I would personally try for hardcore
1 fg to 500 Mana.
1 fg to 1250 life.

Sardine prices may be worse as no-one really wants a fish to only heal 100 or less Mana, seeing there is a delay in using them and in all situations you want 200+ mana

This is about double the softcore prices, however softcore has significantly more people who fish and therefore more people with Prof.

As said when you have proficiency it becomes easier to catch higher level fish which allows you to catch higher tier fish which have higher amounts of life/Mana

Some other sellables
Sell all items tier 3 or higher with 6 or more stats tier 3 upwards.
Level 40 magical items for 1 fg, 45 for 1.5-2 fg, 50 for 2.5-3 fg, 55 for 4-5 fg
If they have more stats, then the value goes up a bit more

It's all good. I chose hardcore because I played d2hc for years love the idea of risk vs reward and the feeling of almost ripping a end game full geared char. Softcore doesn't do it for me.

Either way I started in hc and finished my mq in hc. Worked out fine!! Appreciate everyone's advice and feedback
