I used to own a guild and was inactive for some time... is there any way to check record of what happened?

Please message Kevin as he has guild log access and can further help you understand what happened to your guild. Guilds don’t just poof, you either had given ownership to someone and got booted, or left and don’t recall it.

I do not unfortunately.

I was able to locate the original name, the guy I bought it from, the guy he bought it from, the post he bought it from. etc.. but after guilds change names I guess it's impossible to keep track.

Thanks, but I just got done working with Kevin to try to figure it out. No dice..

Technically it didn't disappear, but I was the only one with admin privileges to kick anyone so I figure it was taken from me for inactivity.

"If you're not in the guild, it's gone"

After spending the coins on the guild, there really should be a better system in place to protect you if real life takes you away from the game for a period of time. When I purchased the guild, I didn't see any notice that said it would be stolen from me if I'm not active. Gg

If inactivity meant you lost guilds labyrinth would have been gone years ago, are you sure you never gave leadership away?

Definitely didn't give it away, and it was purchased in 2007.

Well kevin is the highest authority on this matter, if he says its gone then it is gone, you can make a new one pretty easily though.
