Can someone fill me in what a welled item is?

Im aasuming an item fished out the well?

A well'd item is a "white" or non-magical item that is thrown into a well from either the catacombs or a map with +1 Evil Wells on it.

You fight a monster and it will drop the same item/tier that you dropped in. After its defeated, other items can drop known as side drops.

Yes it needs to be normal without any stat. Then u will get mob to kill and after killing it You will get an item with some random stats
