Betting Rules:

Picks must be posted in this thread before the first prelim fight starts. Don't pm me your picks.

Points are assigned 5-2-1 for Winner-Method-Round. You will not get points for the correct method or round if your fighter loses.

All TKOs/KOs count equally. Doctor stoppages and thrown in towels are tkos.
All decisions count equally UD/SD
All submissions count equally(except submitting to strikes, for some reason, which is a tko)

Ties will be broken by total number of strikes in the main event.


Making Your Picks:
Sign up for an account on Tapology.com, search for the event and then submit your picks/methods/rounds. You'll be given an embed code, post it here with img tags and it will automatically update if you change your picks.

Alternatively, just post your picks/methods/rounds here. If you want to change a pick it must be done before the first prelim starts, and you must repost ALL of your picks, including the update to make it easier to score.

If you edit the post containing your picks after the first prelim starts you will be scored 0.

Make sure to post your total number of strikes in the main event(number of strikes landed by both fighters combined) in case of a tie.


Season Rules:

The season will be six pools long.

All of your points from every pool will be added up for the season, and the three people with the most points at the end will split the season pot (60%/30%/10% for first/second/third respectively)

If you miss a pool you will be given five points less than the lowest scoring person in that pool.

Count your own points, even if you lost, post a correction in this thread if I got it wrong. It could affect your chance of winning the season pot.






*Some of these rules are provisional and may change in the next pool, including entry fee and payout. Usual payout will probably be 50/25/free entry.

**Didn't get much feedback on seasons. If there's not much interest after the second pool, the season may be canceled. In this case the season pot will be put into a freeroll for anyone who has entered.
