Would like some new part's since I got some extra cash around.
current
Gigabyte B660 Gaming X AX DDR4
i3-12100F
nvidia 1060 6gb
16gb ram
upgrade's wanted
new cpu (ok with around 300$-400$)
32gb+ ram (not sure if 32gb or 64gb suggestions welcome)
cpu cooler (nothing special but like some quality)

What do you mainly use it for? If you're gaming, the best upgrade you could go with would be a graphics card or an SSD if you're currently using an HDD Operating System.

You would only need more than 32gb of ram if you were rendering videos out of a 3d studio in 4k. save some money here. 32gig 3600 is really good and the rest of your system will most likely bottleneck before you utilize it.
