I have a PS network ban for 30 days. There were a few duelers following me and messaged me talking smack. I messaged back, but nothing crazy. Maybe couple comments but know anything to do with race or sexuality or anything like that. What’s the best way to go about this. Trying to get this ban lifted asap. Any help would be appreciated

They basically set the bait to the trap then reported me like chicken
