I don’t use 2/10 nec Ammys but this is nice
2/10 is a waste imo but I’ll rate it 7.5/10 as a amulet

Top rare indeed but 3pnb/10fcr in dmg setup > this so it's not a trophy
For other setups you need 20 fcr
