Is summon necromancer any good in diablo 3?


also, is blizzard sorc a thing in diablo3? I love it in d2....
and if so, is it any good compared to other cold sorc builds?

In d3 almost every build revolves around a certain set piece bonus. For example a specific set boosts certain skills and make then superOP because it enhances the effect or makes it into a whole other different skill that has almost nothin to do with the original^^
