a doctor or trained in physio or chiropractice anything similar?

i need some help/suggestions with a serious back complaint and would appreciate multiple peoples feedback

will ofc send the issue over PM for an honest answer please

thanks i'll have a look
suppose im just after a 2nd opinion tbh, as im not 100% convinced by what my doctor told me, nor did my doctor give me any useful tips/things to do at home to try cure it

i was hoping they would refer me to a physio but nah

dang bro anything serious slipped disc? is he referring you to a back guy? does he just want to get you on some pills or some bullshit?

hope not, and nope ive not been referred for nothing haha
im scared to exercise it tbh incase i aggrivate it, especially since i dont no what the issue us

I had a herniated disc or bad disc bulge causing quite a bit of back pain when squatting or doing anything such as football and basketball (to the point I could barely walk without bracing for pain the next day sometimes), and this physical therapist's videos helped me tremendously. Some time of doing quite a bit of core work 4-5x weekly, the "McGill Big 3" which he references a lot, and "clamshell side planks" (my personal favorite) and I was back to lifting pain free in my lower back in no time. Since watching his videos I've become a big advocate for doing exercises to help core strength and hip, ankle, and knee flexibility to not only make you a better lifter, but also become more athletic and less injury prone.

Also only person here who last I knew was in med school was but he's not around all that often.
