Hello.

Im trying to figure out what my perfect amount of overtime is to maximize take home. So my overtime is time and a half. Im salary exempt. This pay period has 3 overtime allotments on it. And 80 hours of straight time. My hourly pay will say is 22 therefore my overtime pay is 33. (I can simple math). Im in ohio if that has any change to anything.

it doesnt matter tbh. all that matters is how much you made in the year. if your weekly pays are variable and you pay more/less on a particular pay period, it wont make a difference. the biggest thing you can probably control is your withholdings /exemptions
