seeking help with avatar resize if possible

I resized both of them as avatars for you, could not get the necromancer signature size without being too many KB (or horrible quality) sorry

Sadly this will be the most you will get out of it below the limit of 70kb. In case you are not happy with the quality, I would suggest you search an image that has a smaller file size/less frames to begin with.

These images - even in combination - are within the legal limits (400x150 and under 70kb) as long as you stack them like you did in this post and not how you currently have them (side by side)
