So I just put a NVME in my pc, and it all went fine, put windows on it etc. I also have a 1TB SSD and a 1TB HDD. Device manager sees them and identifies them, and can provide information on everything about it, however, they do not appear in 'This PC' (explorer). I attempted to go to disk management and give them a drive letter or something, but right clicking the drive simply gives me 'Help' and no other options. I assume I am missing something simple here.

I had to delete partitions, for some reason they were capped out as OEM partitions. Once I wiped that away it let me set a volume.
